Geriatric and Arthritic Exercise Plan

Don't give up on exercise and

games just because you have

an older dog!

A regimen of regular exercise

will keep your companion

healthy and fit longer.

Your companion needs to keep moving and stay active to fully enjoy their senior years.

Your companions arthritis and/or aging process can cause loss of muscle tone and balance, which can lead to inactivity. In turn, inactivity leads to weight gain and added stress on joints. Inactivity and loss of muscle mass/balance promotes faster aging, as well as significantly increased risk of injury from slips, trips, falls, strains and sprains.

Unfortunately, it's a heartbreaking cycle.

We can help break the cycle and improve quality of life!

We know how much older pets can benefit from "anti-aging activities." These beneficial activities can include: Short walks to maintain heart health; Range of motion exercises designed to maintain strength, flexibility and balance; and massage.

Check out our "anti-aging activities" packages and contact me with any questions.

I look forward to meeting your companion!
